Working in the Web3 industry is not always smooth sailing. A practitioner recently launched a unique on-chain project at Caldera, which has garnered widespread attention. This project, titled "The Worst Web3 Job I've Ever Done," records the absurd situations many Web3 practitioners encounter in their work.
The creator stated that he often hears comments like 'this image lacks on-chain feel' and 'the airdrop copy is too cheesy, like it was written by AI'. Sometimes he is even asked to complete a large amount of work in a short time, such as 'write 10 social media copies in 30 minutes'. These experiences prompted him to decide to record this 'spiritual pollution' on-chain.
Surprisingly, this seemingly simple project quickly gained popularity. It not only received recognition from Caldera officials but also triggered the ERA incentive reward mechanism. More importantly, it has become a platform for Web3 practitioners to support and communicate with each other.
