The tweet describes: "Ethereum Layer 1 will become the main ledger for the whole world. Anyone can view, use, and add data or functions without permission. It possesses trustworthy neutrality. It has censorship resistance. It has tamper resistance and tamper visibility (achieved through penalty mechanisms and transparency). It continuously realizes progressive decentralization. It has a world-class large community that remains highly vigilant, as there will always be patient and well-resourced forces attempting to subvert the system. Fortunately, as Ethereum continues to grow and mature, such subversion will become increasingly difficult."
