我が家の院長は最近出張中で、家には私一人ですが、一人でもちゃんと食事をしなければなりませんね。今日はトマトとジャガイモの牛肉煮込みを作りました🍲 とても美味しいです、ご飯のお供に最適です！！！これからは遅くまで残業して帰ってくるときに、もう大きな牛肉の塊を作ることはありません。長時間かかってしまいましたし、今頃になってしまいました。もっと小さく切っておけば良かったと後悔しています。
