Techub News の報道によると、ロイター通信は、アメリカのフィンテック企業 Fiserv が今年中にステーブルコイン FIUSD を発表し、既存の銀行および決済インフラに統合する計画を発表したと伝えています。FIUSD は Paxos と Circle が提供するステーブルコイン技術に基づいており、PayPal と提携し、将来的には FIUSD と PayPal USD（PYUSD）との相互運用性を実現し、ユーザーが国内外で送金を行えるようにする予定です。
ニュース発表後、Circleの株価は15%上昇し、FiservとPayPalはそれぞれ2.3%と1.7%上昇しました。
