火星财经の報道によると、6月20日、米国株式市場に上場している医療データ会社Kindly MDの株価が4.23%下落し、市場価値は1.11億ドルにまで減少しました。これに先立ち、Kindly MD, Inc.は、ビットコインの金庫を設立するための支援として、追加の5,150万ドルの「上場企業向け私募増資」（PIPE）を完了したと発表しました。KindlyMDは、ビットコインの原生持株会社Nakamoto Holdings Inc.（「Nakamoto」）との合併を予定していることを発表しました。
